I did not take me long to settle into staying home and not going to work. When COVID hit and so many suddenly found themselves at home, I was secretly a bit jealous - jealous to have the time and space. I did not have this opportunity working in healthcare. I am grateful to have the time and space now. So, I figure it will be helpful if I create some balance in each day - my spiritual practices/meditation, time in nature, exercise, relaxing, connecting with friends in person, doing stuff around the house, and taking care of business (updating resume, filing for unemployment, scheduling and completing doctors' visits while my health insurance is good, etc). I'm not saying I do this all everyday, but I try. It is my intention to make everything ok and to be easy and loving with myself and to follow my intuition and heart.
