I feel as if I need a little structure to help me stay focused and move forward. Something to help motivate me and something action oriented. I have decided to brush off a tool I used in my Master's program. It is a matrix of things to do in each of 4 areas of my life - Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual. I thought of 3 things in each area that I will commit to doing for myself. I chose a frequency that I could commit to and easily accomplish. If I do more, that's gravy. It's important that I pick things I will actually do. I will do these things for October, then re-evaluate. I woke up this morning excited to get going! As my teachers said, if you move forward in one area of your life, the rest will follow... Here I go!!
